This is my first animated short created with AI. While every final shot in the film is generated entirely with AI tools, the process behind it combines traditional professional filmmaking techniques with generative workflows. Each image and video generation is carefully directed and refined, with significant post-production work shaping the final result.

This shot didn’t make it into the final cut due to the competition’s time limit, but it quickly became one of my favorite moments from the project. In it, Hugo—now fully transformed into SuperHugo—rides into the night on his trusty tricycle, determined to save the world one tiny mission at a time. A small, playful glimpse into the spirit of the character and the heart of the film.
